Tell us what to verify, and against what.
You set the scope, the criteria, the photographs and who reads the report. We set how we sample, measure and record. We then issue the report you asked for, and it stays faithful to what we measured and saw on site. We do not judge whether the goods pass or fail. Fill this in and we will come back in writing.
Nothing on this page is a price. Fees are quoted per job and confirmed in writing. We acknowledge your request within 4 working hours. A draft report follows within 24 hours of the inspection, and the final report within 12 hours of your confirmation.

- Required before the inspection if you want a conformity opinion. We do not supply them, and we do not guess them.
- Changing your mind
- Rescheduling is free if we are told more than 24 hours before the agreed time. A wasted trip is still charged.
Anti-fraud notice
CCI does not issue sealed conformity certificates through personal WeChat or private email accounts. We write only from @cci-china.cc addresses.
What this form is not
It is a request, not a contract, and not a quotation.

Not a booking
Sending this reserves nothing. A job exists only once you have our written confirmation.
Not a conclusion
Nothing you tick obliges us to call anything acceptable. We record facts and measurements; whether the goods conform follows from the decision line you supply.
Not a lab test
Residues, microbiology and composition are answered in a laboratory. We are an inspection body: we go and look, measure and record. We can take the sample for you and send it to an accredited third-party laboratory, which issues the test report under its own name; the analysis itself is not ours.
Would rather just write to us?
That is fine. An email with the commodity, the destination, the container count, the loading window and who the principal is achieves the same thing. We ask for the rest before we attend; we do not assume it.
